Students applying for Grades K through 7 are required to take an assessment test. Test dates are scheduled as needed by the Admissions Office.
No. Preschool applicants are not required to take assessment tests and are admitted based on space availability and completion of all required documents.
The Admissions Office will request all of the necessary school records, transcripts and teacher recommendations directly from the applicant’s current or previous school, with signed consent from the parents.
Parents receive written notification of acceptance, refusal or wait list status as soon as the application process is complete and all required documents and assessments have been reviewed.

Yes, before and after care are available for an additional fee. Families must sign up before camp starts. There is no drop-in extended care option due to staffing ratio requirements.
All Kehoe-France Summer Camp employees complete a required onboarding process before working with campers, including federal background checks and training in safeguarding, CPR, and mandated reporter responsibilities.
Families receive updates through the Seesaw app, a secure, family-friendly platform for announcements, photos, and activity highlights.
