Initial inquiry

Start your child’s journey at Kehoe-France Northshore by completing our online inquiry form. Share a few details about your family and your preferred start date so our Admissions team can guide you through the next steps.

Schedule a tour

Book a personal tour of the campus to see our classrooms, meet our team, and experience daily life at Kehoe-France Northshore. We will answer your questions and help you explore the best fit for your child.

Submit application

Complete and submit your child’s enrollment application with the required documents. Our Admissions Office will also request school records or assessments, where applicable, to support your application.

KFN Experience Day

For applicable grades, your child is invited to spend a day on campus. They join lessons, meet teachers and classmates, and experience our nurturing and engaging learning environment firsthand.

Receive your offer

Once the process is complete, families receive written notification with an offer of admission, wait list status or, where necessary, a decision not to offer a place at this time.

Welcome to Kehoe-France Northshore

Confirm your child’s place by accepting the offer, submitting all enrollment forms, and paying the required fees. You’ll receive everything you need for a confident start, including term dates, uniform details, and first-day schedule.

Students applying for Grades K through 7 are required to take an assessment test. Test dates are scheduled as needed by the Admissions Office.

No. Preschool applicants are not required to take assessment tests and are admitted based on space availability and completion of all required documents.

The Admissions Office will request all of the necessary school records, transcripts and teacher recommendations directly from the applicant’s current or previous school, with signed consent from the parents.

Parents receive written notification of acceptance, refusal or wait list status as soon as the application process is complete and all required documents and assessments have been reviewed.

  • 8 weeks–11 months old group: Born before September 30 and at least 8 weeks old
  • 1-year-old group: 1 year old before September 30
  • 2-year-old group: 2 years old before September 30
  • 3-year-old group: 3 years old before September 30
  • Pre-Kindergarten (PK4): 4 years old before September 30
  • Kindergarten: 5 years old before September 30
  • 1st Grade: 6 years old before September 30

Students are admitted based on space availability and the school receiving all necessary documents, including:

  • Completed and signed enrollment application
  • Applicable fees
  • Prior school records and assessment, if applicable
  • KFN Experience Day, for applicable grades
  • Copy of birth certificate

The Admissions Committee considers past academic performance, admission testing and teacher assessment. Required documents include:

  • Completed and signed enrollment application
  • School records, transcripts and teacher recommendation (requested from previous school by Kehoe-France)
  • Applicable fees
  • KFN Experience Day                  
  • Copy of birth certificate

For Grades K–7, admissions decisions are based on a review of school records, academic performance, admissions testing, teacher recommendations and classroom observation, alongside space availability.
